GDF Suez sees North Sea value

GDF Suez is on its way to becoming a significant player in the UK North Sea as it gears up to bring its Cygnus and Juliet developments onstream and pushes ahead with a busy exploration drilling pro- gramme. The company has drilled 134 exploration wells globally in the past 10 years and from 2007 to 2011 made 39 discoveries out of 85 exploration and appraisal wells drilled.
