Eirik Raude booked for Ireland

Ocean Rig has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from an oil major for use of its semisubmersible drilling rig Eirik Raude to drill a well off Ireland. The LoI is for a one-well programme with an estimated duration of up to six months. The deal is expected to be worth around US $112m, includ- ing mobilisation and demobilisation.
