PA sells Tunisia double

Sweden’s PA Resources has sealed a deal worth US $4m to sell two small producing oil fields in Tunisia to Canada’s Candax Energy. Under the deal, PA will sell its 13.6% stake in the Ezzaouia field and 23.9% stake in the El Bibane Fie field to Toronto-listed Candax, a subsidiary of which is operator of both fields.
