Aker Solutions said today that it has been awarded a four-year frame agreement from Statoil for delivering wireline tractor services on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The frame agreement is valid from 2013 to 2017, with two additional two-year options. Aker Solutions will deliver well intervention services using its proprietary wireline tractor technology and wireline tractor application tools.
