Australia's Jacka Resources has signed a farm- out agreement to transfer operatorship and a 50% stake in the Odewayne Block in Somaliland to London-listed Genel Energy. Under the deal, Jacka will retain a 30% stake and Petrosoma will hold the remaining 20% stake in the block. Both will be free carried by Genel through a work programme, including a minimum 1,500km of 2D seismic and the drilling of an exploration well.
