BG to sell Comgas stake

BG Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to sell its majority stake in Brazil’s largest gas distribution company Comgas to Cosan SA Industria e Comercio to for around US $1.8 Bn. UK big hitter BG said it had signed the MoU with Cosan, which will see the latter acquiring its 60.1% stake in Comgas.
