Spring grabs Skalle stake

Spring Energy has agreed to acquire Marathon Petroleum's 17.5% stake in Production Licence 438 (PL 438) in the Barents Sea. An exploration well targeting the Skalle prospect is scheduled to be drilled in the licence this summer.
