Six operators have won a total of 10 exploration blocks Western Australia and South Australian under the 2010 offshore licensing round. Chevron won two blocks in the Barrow subbasin of the Northern Carnarvon Basin off Western Australia. WA-455-P has a potential total work programme costing is $11.9m, while WA-456- P has a work programme valued at $14.1m.
