Iran has handed a US $1.5 Bn contract to a consortium of domestic players to develop Phase 3 of the southwestern Darkhovin oil field. “The contract to develop the third phase of Darkhovin with the aim of producing 71,000 b/d of crude oil was signed with local firms,” reported news agency SHANA.
