Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COP) will sellExxonMobil a 70% stake in its incomplete acquisi-tion of 100% in Block LB-13 offshore Liberia.COP said that ExxonMobil would buy the 70%stake as soon as the sale of 100% interest inBlock LB-13 by Peppercoast Petroleum closes.
