Brazil's state-owned Petrobras has completed the drilling of extension exploration well 3-BRSA- 891A-RJS (3-RJS-682A) in the Iara Evaluation Plan in the Santos Basin pre-salt plays offshore Brazil. The probe is at a water depth of 7,477ft (2,279m) and lies 230km off the coast of Rio de Janeiro. It also lies 8km from the original discovery well 1-BRSA-618-RJS (1-RJS-656).
