Hunting eyes Titan

Energy services player Hunting has agreed to acquire TSI Acquisition Holdings and its subsidiaries, including Titan Specialties, for US $775m in a cash deal. TSI is majority owned by entities affiliated with Riverstone Holdings. Titan provides perforating gun systems, shaped charges, well logging instrumentation, perforating gun switches and other engineered hardware used in the drilling, completion and maintenance of oil and gas wells.
