Noreco sells Siri stake to DONG

The Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) has agreed a deal to sell its interests in the Siri field in Denmark to DONG Energy. The two companies have recently been in dispute over a repair plan for the damaged Siri platform. The new agreement involves the sale of Noreco’s 50% stake in Licence 6/95 in Denmark for US $13m.
