Statoil signs AGR for RMR

Statoil and AGR have signed a two year US $12m contract with AGR Drilling Services for a Riserless Mud Recovery (RMR) system. The deal is for rigs on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and includes two optional extension periods of two years each which, if taken, will bring the estimated total value of the contract to $38m.
