Harvest Natural Resources has completed appraisal drilling on the Dussafu Ruche Marin-1 (DRM-1) discovery well in the Dussafu Marin PSC offshore Gabon. The DRM-1 well was initially drilled at a water depth of 380ft (115.8m). In June, Harvest announced the well made an oil discovery in the pre-salt Gamba reservoir. Now it has deepened the well to test Middle and Lower Dentale exploration potential and sidetracked an appraisal well (DRM-1ST1) to assess the extent of the Gamba oil discovery.
