Noreco sells Brage/Hyme stakes

The Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) has agreed a US $85m deal to sell its shares in the Brage and Hyme oil fields offshore Norway to Core Energy. Noreco is selling a 12.3% stake in Brage, which is operated by Statoil. Its share of production from Brage in the first quarter 2011 was 2,818 boe/d.
