Baker Hughes wins Big Foot deal

Chevron has awarded Baker Hughes a contract to supply electrical submersible pumping (ESP) systems and production packers for seven producing wells, as well as mud line packers for three injection wells on the US operator's Big Foot project in the US Gulf of Mexico. The ESP systems will be placed at a true vertical depth of approximately 16,000ft (4,877m), said Baker Hughes.
