Tullow Oil has entered into an agreement to acquire the interests of EO Group Ltd, which consist of its entire assets offshore Ghana, for a combined share and cash consideration of US $305m. The deal will boost Tullow's interest in the West Cape Three Points licence off Ghana by 3.5% to 26.4% and increase its stake in the Jubilee Oil field, which Tullow operates, by 1.75% to 36.5%.
