Chevron seals Liberia blocks

Chevron has been granted approval by the Liberian government to acquire a 70% stake and take over operatorship of three deepwater blocks offshore Liberia. Chevron vice chairman George Kirkland said: “Entry into this large prospective offshore area allows us to advance our growth strategy for the region.”
