Partners seal China SDA

Australia’s Roc Oil said it and its partners have signed a Supplemental Development Agreement (SDA) for the Wei Zhou 6-12 and Wei Zhou 12-8 West oil fields in the Beibu Gulf offshore China, which confirmed state-owned CNOOC’s 51% stake in the project.
