Stella area cash boost for Ithaca

Ithaca Energy has raised US $151m in financing for its UK Greater Stella Area project through a ‘bought deal’ offering and a concurrent private placement. Ithaca said the combination of the new proceeds together with debt made available from a recently agreed Bank of Scotland facility and anticipated cash flows, means that all of the company’s cur- rent projects are anticipated to be fully funded through to first production.
