Ithaca secures $140m loan

Ithaca Energy has completed a loan agreement for up to US $140m with the Bank of Scotland. The loan term is up to five years and in accor- dance with normal industry borrowing base facili- ties. This loan comes on top of the $151m Ithaca recently secured in financing for its UK Greater Stella Area project through a “bought deal” offer- ing and a concurrent private placement.
