UK Oates well spuds

Serica Energy said that drilling has begun on the Oates prospect in the UK Central North Sea. The well is being drilled in Block 22/19c by the Ensco 100 jack-up drilling rig to a depth of approximately 10,000ft (3,050m) and is anticipated to take around 30 days to drill.
