Tullow Oil is gearing up for talks with potential partners for its oil export project in Uganda in the second half of this year, according to reports. Chinese big hitters China National Petroleum Corp and Sinopec are among the 10 short listed operators keen to join the project. “Tullow is keen to get the show on the road,” a person close to the situation told Dow Jones, adding that Tullow could sell up to half of its stakes in the oil fields discovered in Uganda's Lake Albert region to the new partner.
