Total has been given the green light to carry out exploration drilling in the central part of the Norwegian North Sea with the Ocean Vanguard. The Vanguard will drill well 25/5-7, which is situ- ated around 22km east of Heimdal in PL 102 C. Drilling is expected to take 45-90 days, depend- ing on the scope of testing and the possible drilling of a sidetrack.
