Tullow's Uganda oil shows

Tullow Oil's Nsoga-1 exploration well in the Butiaba region of Uganda's Block 2 has encountered good quality oil-bearing reservoirs in a down-dip location at the oil water contact. The well was drilled around 6km horizontally from the top of the structure, to a total depth of 2,477ft (755m) and has been successfully cored, logged and sampled.
