Norway ?sgard B FEED award

UK-headquartered Foster Wheeler Energy has scooped a contract from StatoilHydro for the Front- End Engineering Design (FEED) for the CO2/amine project on the ?sgard B platform off Norway. Foster Wheeler's scope of work includes the FEED for debottlenecking of the existing amine unit and procurement services for long-lead items. The overall objective is to obtain maximum absorption of CO2 at ?sgard B through implementation of the proposed modifications during 2009 and 2010.
