Australia's Tap Oil is looking for a partner to join its joint venture and help explore more prospects in Service Contract 41 (SC41) offshore the Philippines. Tap said that many different independent play types remain untested in the permit, adding that the block has the potential to host commercial hydrocarbons that could be a 'game changer' for the company. Tap operates SC41 with a 50% stake on behalf of the joint venture.
