Norway wildcats get the nod

Wintershall has been given the green light by Norway's Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) to drill wildcat well 35/12-2 with the Deepsea Delta. The well will be drilled in the Northern North Sea, about 45km north of Troll B in Production Licence 378. Drilling operations are scheduled to start in May and work is expected to last between 45 and 65 days.
