Morvin PDO prepared

StatoilHydro has handed in the Plan for Development and Operation(PDO)for the Morvin field to Norway's Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.The US 1.6 Bn field development concept consists of two subsea templates,initially with three wells.A fourth well is being planned The recoverable reserves are estimated at 70m boe and the high pressure high temperature field has an estimated lifespan of 14 years with first oil scheduled for 2010.Oil will be piped 20km to Asgard B,where it will be processed.
