Rigmar stays on Ekofisk

ConocoPhillips has been given the go-ahead to continue to use the Port Rigmar flotel to put up workers on the Ekofisk field,as modification and upgrade work continues.The flotel is stationed on the west side of 2/4-Q with a gangway connection,but it is set to move to 2/4-X where it is expected to be less exposed to waves during extreme wind conditions.
