Ramunia has emerged as the favourite to land the race to construct the deck for a wellhead platform (WHP) for the offshore Block B-17 development in the Joint Development Area (JDA) between Malaysia and Thailand, E&P Daily understands.The Carigali-PTT Operating Company (CPOC) reopened bidding for the WHP late last year after a failed first attempt.
