Chevron will spend some US 8 Bn over the next decade in a bid to boost its production offshore Thailand.Thailand's Energy Ministry has granted an extension to Chevron's natural gas supply contract on Blocks 10,11,12 and 13 in the Gulf of Thailand by another 10 years,taking it up to 2022.Final approval is due soon,said Tara Tiradnakorn,president of Chevron Thailand.
