Oilexco offered North Sea block

The UK's Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (formerly DTI) has offered an Oil and Gas Production Licence for Block 22/3a in the North Sea to Oilexco.The block was the subject of an Out of Round offer to its adjacent licensees at the request of Oilexco in the early part of this year. Oilexco was the only applicant for the block.
