The massive offshore investment in the Angola LNG project is finally coming to fruition with Total inviting contractors to bid for the first stage in their own part of the development.The company is prequalifying firms for the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning of the Single Central Platform (SCP) at Block 2 to take in the gas from deepwater Block 17.The FEED is currently being completed by Kellogg, Brown & Root in Houston.
