Lundin Gets OK for Barents Sea Drilling

Lundin Norway has received consent from Norway's Petroleum Safety Aurthority for exploration drilling in production license PL533, comprising blocks 7219/12 and 7220/10 in the Barents Sea The PSA has given Lundin consent to drill exploration well 7219/12-1 to test the Filicudi prospect. The drilling site is 218 km northwest of Hammerfest. Water depth is around 320 m.
