Libya's NOC Seeks to Blacklist Product Smugglers

Libya's National Oil Corp. (NOC) intends to blacklist up to six shipping firms for smuggling oil products, a senior company source tells International Oil Daily. NOC wants to sanction the companies as it tries to re-establish control over the country's oil sector. Oil products smuggling out of the western port of Mellitah and the eastern port of Marsa al-Brega has become an irritation that NOC is trying to halt.
