Russia, Turkey Mull Energy Talks

Russia and Turkey are poised to renew talks on economic cooperation, including the possible construction of the massive Turk Stream gas pipeline, as early as this month, statements by officials from the two countries over the weekend indicated. Russian and Turkish ministers met on Saturday on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Shanghai to hash out the possibility of a formal meeting -- possibly in the Russian city of Kazan -- by the end of July.
