Kurdistan's natural resources minister on Monday delivered a stinging rebuke to oil firms operating in the semiautonomous Iraqi region after they publicly lamented the two-month delay in payment for their exported barrels. Norway's DNO, Anglo-Turkish Genel Energy and UK-listed Gulf Keystone all reported receipt of payment for September exports from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) on Monday but their calls for more timely reimbursement did not go down well with Ashti Hawrami.
