State - run Indian companies are considering acquiring an equity stake in Russia's state - controlled Rosneft, Indian Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said Thursday. "Rosneft is offering equity to the market. Indian companies are looking into that offer," Pradhan told reporters on the sidelines of an industry event in New Delhi. "That is on our agenda."
