Caspian Pipeline Expansion on Track

Russia insists that work is on track to expand the crude oil pipeline running from Kazakhstan's Tengiz field to a terminal near the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk and should be completed by the end of this year as planned (IOD Apr.13'15).
