Russian Oil Exports to Fall in Fourth Quarter

Crude oil shipments from key Russian export outlets on the Baltic and Black Seas, as well as on the Pacific Ocean and via the Druzhba pipeline to Europe, should slightly decrease quarter-on-quarter to 4.52 million barrels per day in October-December, according to an export schedule issued late last week by Russia's energy ministry. That compares to the 4.54 million b/d penciled in for July-September, with the biggest decline coming at the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, where shipments are set to drop by 64,000 b/d to 542,000 b/d.
