South Korea's Iran Crude Imports Spike

South Korea's imports of Iranian crude oil hit their highest levels in nearly two years in January, although the spike followed unusually low volumes arriving in December. South Korea, one of Asia's largest crude importers and one of its biggest product exporters, bought 210,000 b/d of Iranian crude in January, more than double last year's levels and a jump of 150,000 b/d from December. January levels are the highest since February 2014, when Korea had imported 290,000 b/d.
