The supervisory board of Ukraine's statecontrolled Ukrnafta, an oil and gas producer, has approved Mark Rollins as the company's new CEO. The appointment late Monday came after weeks of contractual disputes that required the personal intervention of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk (IOD Sep.17'15). With Rollins now confirmed, the UK citizen can now tackle mounting problems at Ukrnafta, which has seen hydrocarbons output decline precipitously in recent years.
