Significant cuts in the official prices of Abu Dhabi light, sour crudes have coincided with talk of prompt-loading Murban crude likely available due to problems at the emirate's new 417,000 b/d Ruwais West refinery. A few crude market players say the 38￠/bbl reduction in Murban and Das retroactive Julyloading prices relative to Dubai are reasonable (IOD Jul.7'15). This makes sense since the drop has come in at the weak end of spot differentials concluded in earlier Das spot deals.
