China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), the country's largest natural gas supplier, has revised down the demand forecast for 2015 to 190 billion cubic meters, from the prediction of 200 Bcm made early this year (IOD Jan.29'15). The 5% downward adjustment reflects industry players' pessimism as a result of the weakening in economic growth.
