Opec should return to its old role of managing the oil market by cutting production in order to lift prices to a healthier range for producers between $70-$80 per barrel, Iran's oil minister said Monday. "It's not a good price. No one is happy," Bijan Zanganeh told reporters on the sidelines of the Iranian Petroleum & Energy Club Congress & Exhibition in Tehran.
