Eni has disclosed that it is studying a Gas-to- Liquids (GTL) project in Mozambique for local needs. CEO Paolo Scaroni updated Mozambique's President Armando Guebuza in Brussels on Apr. 2 about the success of Eni's offshore gas exploration campaign -- 11 wells drilled with a 100% success rate -- and already known plans to build onshore and offshore LNG export plants (IOD Mar.7'14). Eni will drill two additional wells in 2014, said Scaroni (IOD Apr.1'14).
