Danish Gas Storage Sold

Dong Energy has reached an agreement to sell its 100% stake in Dong Storage to Denmark's state-owned gas and power grid operator, Energinet.dk, for a total of 2.25 billion Danish kroner ($386 million) on a debtand cash-free basis. Included in the price is a payment from Energinet.dk relating to an earnout that was part of Dong's divestment of Lille Torup gas storage facility in 2007 to Energinet.
