San Leon Ditches Turkey Deal

London-listed San Leon Energy is pulling out of a $4 million deal that would have seen the firm acquire a 75% stake in privately owned Alpay Enerji and will instead focus on its operations in Poland (EIF Apr.9'14). San Leon announced plans last September to take a majority stake in Alpay, which owns seven tracts in Turkey, in a move to inject cash flow (IOD Sep.26'13).
